We all want to hit the golf ball further and straighter, which requires better stability, balance and strength. Brooks Koepka is a prime example of this along with Dustin Johnson. You don’t have to spend hours in the gym like the tour pros to improve your power though, if you train at the gym, great! But if not there are a few simple exercises you can do at home.
