The fishing has not been the best but you should still try and get out there this weekend. If you would like to be featured in a report with a photo of your recent catch email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Watch this report which covers Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo, and Bull Shoals Lake and find out what the Bass, Walleye, and Crappie are going after. We have these episodes every Friday. We are located in Branson Missouri and we hope that you will tune in to watch these videos.
We are back on the legendary Lake Seminole to learn more about summertime grass patterns and some offshore ledge patterns. Our new friends the Whittaker brothers are taking me on the grand tour of summer time spots. We were able to find a school of big bass on a creek channel swing up in Spring Creek.
The fish were in grass holes on the channel edge in around 18ft and they wanted a Texas Rigged Candy Cane in Watermelon Magic with Garlic Scent. Another spot we caught big bass on was a grass hump on the main lake where it comes up to around 8ft with submerged hydrilla..the fish group up in the grass on these humps and chase bait.
AMAZING day of Winter Fishing!!! Exploring a creek I’ve never fished before, my patience was put to the test as the crystal clear creek was devoid of life the first mile of wading. Exhausted and cold in the 40 degree water, I kept grinding desperately trying to avoid my third skunk in a row. After two fishless hours, my efforts were rewarded and I managed to find the mother load of rainbow trout!!!

Hey everyone this is my first video. I’ll tell you a little about the day. A friend and I had planned on fishing a team tournament out of Cape Fair in the upper James but when I got to his house I locked the keys in my truck while it was still running and ran late so needless to say we didn’t fish the tourney but went fishing anyway.
I know there are some editing flaws but I’ll get better as I continue to upload more vids. I am open to suggestions on video types you want me to post.
Myself and Zack put in around 9am and headed to some producing spots in Rattlesnake Bayou, only to catch a few small ones. We finally got into em up in Halls Mill Creek around noon, under and around lilly pads with spinnerbaits and t-rigged lizards. A great day of Bass fishing! Follow us on Twitter @TeamWatermeat and check out for more fishing goodies!
This is a Performance Review of the WaveSpin Legend 250 reel and the MicroWave line control system (guides) on Table Rock lake in early April, 2014. The video shows Kentucky Bass being caught on the Z-Man 2.5″ ZinkerZ “Ned Rig” on this rod/reel combo.
The Legend 250 made its impressive introduction in the summer of 2013 to the fishing tackle industry and top anglers at ICAST. It is ideal for targeting bass, pike, walleye, trout and crappie. The reel features a light weight (9.5 ozs) CNC machined aluminum body, 7+1 extreme-duty Japanese steel bearings and the exclusive WaveSpin spool for longer tangle-free casts. With a giant 10 disc alternating front drag system, it produces up to three times stronger drag tension than top competitors.
The MicroWave line control system better controls the friction- causing line slap of the helical coming off the reel while passing through the guides. Thus, the system improves ease of casting, smoothness, distance and accuracy.
Enjoy the show!

It’s the heat of the summer and the TAGF crew is out on Table Rock Lake in Missouri going after Bass. Summer can be a difficult time to fish due to the heat on your body but also the hot water conditions. If you know where to look and how to use a graph effectively you can still be successful! As always, it beats sitting at home!
A special stop on our #EastboundAndUp Tour thanks to our friends at Bass Pro Shops and Toyota. They flew Oliver into Springfield/Branson Missouri to spend some time with some of the best in the game including Mike McClelland, Terry “Big Show” Scroggins, Gerald “G-man” Swindle and Kevin Van Dam.
We took this opportunity to share with you guys some insight into the minds of some of the greatest bass anglers to ever do it. More to come so make sure you stay tuned for the next adventure.

Video has become one of the most valuable learning tools in fishing, as important to learn from as watching “tape” is in any sport. The only thing that beats it is actually LIVING it.
In this video I go over how to get started fishing tournaments. If you are in high school I recommend going to www.highschoolfishing.org and register for your State Championship in 2015. Thanks for watching!!!

It started as a foggy overcast day on the water. Topwater was on but my mistake was to stay on top with a chugger when the bigger fish were below feeding on the carnage of a dozen boils above. Should have thrown a jerkbait or a lipless burned below the action! That’s what I love about fishing! Each hour is a new day of fishing as the fog burns off the fish go deeper. I ended up loosing a couple bigger fish and caught two decent keepers, 1 kentucky and a nice smallmouth! Those were both caught on a bottom bouncing lure, a watermelon tube lure. Even that presentation required an adjustment! I stained the watermelon gitzit with a dye pen, in orange and then I began to catch the bigger fish. This was our final tournament of the Table Rock north division of USA Bassin national fishing trail, for spring, and it took over 15.5 lbs to win it! Congratulations to Kevin and Bryan Jackson as they took the win And big bass with a nice 5.23 lb largemouth! Watch for our summer series beginning soon!
Always nice to get back where it all began! I grew up fishing small creeks like this with my brother throwing roster tails and rebel craws. After the floods we had I thought maybe some trout were holding in near by holes! Sure enough was lucky enough to catch one before they caught on. You guys got any tips for trout? Let me know! Its summer so get out there and catch some fish! Thanks for watching–Blake
The crankbait bite is already starting! Get ahead of the bite this year instead of being the guy playing catch up! Every year the transition from post spawn to full summer pattern happens in the blink of an eye. One minute we’re talking about bed fishing, the next its all ledge fishing, crankbaits, and topwater.
Deep cranking is one of the best ways to consistently load the boat with bass during the Summer months. The bite will start now and typically run all the way into September or October depending on the lake. The key to consistently catching bass on deep cranks is to adapt size and color of the baits to changing conditions.
This year we want you to focus on fine tuning your presentations at different depths. Below is a list of baits and equipment that we personally use for this application.

Bass fishing the California Delta Ft. Andy “Cooch” Cuccia, Feb 2015.
In this episode Andy and I cover what areas to target on the California Delta for winter time bass. Since we are nearing the end of winter we also target transition areas like we did on the prior episode. We fished jigs, texas rigs & wacky rigs for the most part as that’s what was working best that day. The key since we had to fish the tail end of a front was slowing down and focusing on bottom fish. 90% of our catches came when the bait reached the bottom or dead sticked the worms for a few seconds. When ended up with around 21lbs for our best 5 fish, so sit back and enjoy! Please remember to like and comment, thanks guys!
Hit the river for some fall fishing. Feeding up for winter is on the fish we got we strong and healthy. We had an awesome double header fish were flying everywhere.
Thanks for watching and be safe out there…
